Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be absolutely stoked with anything you order from us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. If it’s been a little longer, feel free to reach out anyway, we’ll always do our best to look after you.
To be eligible for a return, your item should be unused and in the same condition you received it. Proof of purchase such as an order number is usually all we need to get things underway.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return arrives back at the studio, we’ll take a quick look over it and email you to confirm your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Refunds usually appear within a few business days, depending on your bank.
If it feels like it’s taking a bit long, check with your bank or card provider, processing times vary, and if you still need a hand, just email us and we'll get it sorted.
Exchanges:
Need a different size, colour, or a replacement for a damaged item? Just send us an email at hello@brentos.com.au and we’ll guide you through the quickest way to sort it out.
Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items can’t be refunded, but if something arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll always replace it or offer store credit.
Damages, Defects & Quality Issues
We want you to absolutely love your Brentos goodies. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not quite right, we’ll get it sorted straight away.
If you experience any issues with the quality of a product (including print durability, framing issues, or anything that doesn’t feel up to our usual standards), please reach out to us at hello@brentos.com.au with your order number and a quick photo or video of the issue (which helps us address any underlying issues).
We’ll happily offer you:
A full refund, or a replacement (subject to stock availability), plus a little thank-you for your patience and support.
As a small Australian business, we take quality seriously and want every product to bring you joy, if something slips through the cracks, we'll be here to sort it.
If an item is damaged or defective, you don’t need to ship it back to us unless we specifically request it. Most of the time, a photo or video is all we need to process your refund or replacement quickly.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item (unless the item is damaged). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Original artwork sales are final
Please note that original artwork is not available for refunds or returns.
