Shipping policy

All orders are shipped directly from our studio right here in Australia. 

Australia shipping:

Whilst we aim to ship orders within 24 hours, please allow up to 7 days for us to fulfil your order and an additional 3-5 days for Auspost to deliver your parcel. Tracking is included with all orders and will be included once your order has left the studio. The only exception is small paper goods like stickers and postcards that are sent via regular letter mail.

International shipping:

Yes! We ship overseas. Please see shipping options and pricing on the checkout page.

Express shipping:

If you need an item fast, please email us first to see if we can get your order to you on time. In most cases we can and will be happy to express ship your order, but it's better to check first.

Customs Fees:

We’re thrilled to ship our products worldwide and love connecting with customers across the globe! Please note that while we cover part of the shipping costs to help make international orders more affordable, additional customs fees, duties, or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These fees are set by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for any potential charges before placing your order, so there are no surprises upon arrival.
